As our logo says we've gone 'back to basics' - our 'free range' cattle graze the cliffs of our farm just 1.5 miles from St. Ives. They only feed on grass and home grown root crops meaning there are no delivery lorries which is helping reduce our carbon footprint. As a result of only being grass fed there are great health benefits such as significantly reduced saturated fat, and high in omega 3 fatty acids.
Pop to the farm to see for yourself how content our cattle are by walking our farm nature trail before collecting your order. (Please ring first to check availability of beef).
The Tremont is set in a tree lined road, just 200 metres from the famous Penzance promenade, 10 minutes walk from the town centre and harbour and a stepping stone away from some of Cornwall's stunning beaches and scenery.

We have gained the gold award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme, of which we are immensely proud. Though having worked in most areas of stonework over the years, hedging has remained the core trade. Working wherever possible with stone local to the site and working with an eye to existing hedges in the locality, the aim has always been to build hedges that look right and that are sympathetic to their surroundings.
Simon has continually sought out best practice and he and his small, carefully trained team use the most effective and attractive methods of traditional hedge construction.
As well as hedges other stonework is also undertaken: stone paving with setts, slabs or cobbles, steps, terracing and walls – also specialising in soft mortared stone walls.
