Blas aspires to be an ethical gourmet burger restaurant. We use local, free-range meat, non-pressure stock fish and place a lot of emphasis on veggie (including vegan) options. We recycle everything we can and use recyceld furniture and packaging. Tables are shared and the space is attitude-free. We are proud to be listed in The Good Food Guide and The Lonely Planet 2008 plus quite a few articles in the national press.
